annual investment: $890 — all‑inclusive

fees are non‑refundable once the compliance enrollments or digital setup process has been initiated.

  • Initiation of service means commencement of building the platform, organizing patients, compliance enrollments, or any digital setup. This is the point of no return.
  • Live patient walkthrough marks completion of setup. After that, service is considered fully delivered.
  • No refund after the first patient is seen – even if the walkthrough happened earlier.

This refund policy is based on the GoTo Telemed Applicant Handbook and Service Level Agreement. It applies to all providers enrolling in the network. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Montana (USA) after a 30‑day negotiation period. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. If you are entitled to a statutory cooling‑off period under local law, your rights remain; however, once you consent to the initiation of services (platform setup, compliance enrollments), you lose the right to a refund.
