How it works
• Click Start sending — emails go out one every 5 seconds, never in bulk. The page shows live progress.
• Google caps a single run at 6 minutes, so the queue hands off to itself automatically and resumes a minute later until the daily 200 are sent. You can close this page — it keeps running.
• Every row records pickedEmail, inviteStatus, invitedAt, sendChannel, inviteError, batchId plus the tracking columns trackId, msgId, deliveryStatus, deliveredAt, openedAt, clickedAt. Rows already marked sent are never emailed twice.
• Delivery statuses: sent = accepted by our sending service · delivered = the recipient's mail server confirmed receipt (250 OK) · seen = the email was opened · clicked = a link inside it was clicked · bounced = the destination refused it · invalid-email = the AI/DNS validator refused to send to a dead or fake address. Honest limit: "seen" is proof when present, but some mail apps block images, so a missing "seen" does not prove unread — and no provider on earth can see inbox-vs-Promotions placement after delivery.
• Sync delivery status pulls tracker events + SendPulse confirmations now; the same sync runs automatically every 30 minutes. Backfill old emails stamps rows sent before tracking existed using SendPulse's own history.
