I'm on iPhone — how do I install it?
Open this page in Safari, tap Add to Home Screen above, then tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add. Open GoTo Telemed from your Home Screen icon.
Will I get notified when my provider is ready?
Yes — allow notifications when the app asks. On iPhone this requires iOS 16.4 or newer and opening the app from the Home Screen icon.
How do I remove it?
Press and hold the GoTo Telemed icon on your home screen and choose Remove / Uninstall, like any other app.
